Carbon Steel Thickener U-TE-20 Capacity Vertical Or Horizontal Installation Thickener Equipment
The Thickener Equipment is designed to increase the density of the slurry produced during sedimentation process. The slurry is pumped into the sedimentation tank, where the solids settle at the bottom of the tank, and the clear liquid is removed from the top. The Thickener Equipment is responsible for the separation of the solids and the liquids. This process makes it easier to transport and dispose of the waste materials.
The whole equipment is consisted of tank, drive, material feeding, drainage section, rake and rake lifting device. According to the requirement of client, it can be divided into three types, i.e. center hydraulic hi-efficient thickener, center drive thickener and hi-efficient thickener. New structure and control are much convenience to speed up the material settling, increase capacity per unit area and reduce the turbidity of overflow.
